havent posted in a long time - we have had isp probs and after work all day, i just have not felt like posting lately.
the holidays are wonderful- lots of lovely times with friends and family. great hike yesterday, but have had bad nights though. last night had a horrible anxiety attack. just paralyzed me.
we chilled completely today. though - read and went to see a wonderful film - the Children of Men.
si just made me the best tomato sandwich. going to read now.
will do yoga a bit later, if only a few restorative poses.
