sshhhh...

we went to catalina this weekend on a much needed break. we have had no time together as a couple for over a month and god, we needed just to fall in love again. and we did.
i have photos to post later.
tonight, simon is at class. i cleaned the kitchen and am baking banana bread for blake. poor kid - the whole band has the flu and he called to ask me to please make my bread for him.
got a groovy haircut. loving it.
still getting my bearings at the new job. its just a big job and i need to feel as confident as i could be. i know how to do it and am doing it, but its such a big company now, honestly it is a labyrinth to figure stuff out. i like it fine, just still nervous about doing well.

reading a fun book - the rule of four. finished 'the prestige' this weekend. wonderfully written, great story. lots of magic!

ok - we rode horses yesterday and i am so damn sore today, i look like a freak when i walk...
