definitely cloudy
knarly headache yesterday. i could not afford to be down, as i had a really important meeting. i canceled everything except the meeting and took 1000mgs. of ibuprofen. the meeting went well -i am submitting a proposal today. its a great research project so i hope all works out. i have almost more work than i can handle, so i know that i am way tense.
shoulderstands seem to be aggrevating my headaches, so i am going to curtail them for awhile. i know that low pressure systems can give one headaches and its been way rainy here lately. but shit, this has been a bad cycle though.
want to do some yoga today if i can - i am supposed to teach, but dont know about that...
simon started work yesterday - he is way bummed, i have to work hard to keep his spirits up - all is going to be fine - we just have to rally and make every minute count. life is so short.
god, the medication makes me groggy. i could totally go back to sleep, but want to keep up. going to be a good day.
looking forward to this weekend - going to holiday parties with sus.
