It has been a good day and I just want to testify.
getting better every day. went to the gym, which kicked my butt!!!! BUT I did it.
Saw my dear friend Cathy for a holiday lunch.
And am so happy to have Blake here AND to see Simon so happy.
maybe we are stone broke(stockings only this year so we can go to Arkansas on Xmas to see the folks) BUT it truly does not matter.

Here is my Thanksgiving cactus - the original cutting came from a hillbilly lady named Artie Smith who ran the dump in Royal Arkansas where I grew up. She was a dear friend of my family's and I spent many happy hours playing in the auto graveyard and making molasses with her.

Paperwhites
My mom sent me bulbs.
I love Paperwhites so much. They mean Fall to me and a simple thing I have always been able to do for my house and my loved ones no matter how tough times are. i am just delighted that she remembered. Popped them in a vase and will enjoy them through TDay.

the weather is changing.
love the fall, my favorite time of year.
BUT
a change of weather means migraine feelings.
so far, since June 1, have only had to take imitrix twice.
I attribute this to working out regularly, not working at Jupiter(even through I am flying by the seat of my pants financially) and some stress being handled differently.
last night took excedrin and went to bed.
today, I do not have to drive much. home office - book keeping admin. stuff and my website which needs to launch soon. which is fine.
no shoots this week, which is fine. need a minute to focus on other stuff.
phew.
