o no

i have had a migraine now for 3 fucking days with a brief respite today. i thought i was well and said, lets go to the mountains to the snow.
we drove up and the eleavation or something made me so fucking sick. we had to stop on the way home on the goddamn freeway so i could throw up.
i have taken so many fucking imitrix and compazine that i probably have brain damage.
now i have a fever and chills. if i got the flu from simon and blake, i am dead fucking meat. i have to work this week.
then i made the mistake of looking in the mirror. god. i want about 500 to go to the spa for 3 days.
it is subsiding right now. the pain is masked, i want to stay awake til at least 11 tonight so i have a chance of sleeping through. when i am sick like this the only way i sleep is with drugs, then i have the fucking rebound headache issue. it has been 6 weeks since my last one. off to sit / lay on my chair in the living room in the dark...
