Going to rip this week up.
Got up today migraine free. thank god.
that funky haze is gone as is the nausea and the pain of course. its always a trade off - the meds have their own crap to deal with.

ok now - off to they gym and to do the carpe diem thing!

Woke up with a freight train roaring through my head and body. made necessary calls, emails, took imitrix and checked out.
the worse part of a migraine(and there are a number of things to choose from) is the awful sense that one is wasting ones life and losing days
after such a brilliant weekend...
i am seriously thinking about botox for migraines. i have a friend who swears that it is helping her. she is a quasi invalid from years of unrelenting pain....
i am up now ,with the inevitable imitrex hang over.
