needles

went to an acupuncturist yesterday for the first time. i totally loved the whole thing. they look at your tongue and talk about you like you arent there(hmmm, thin pulse, congestion in liver....hmmm...) the needles stirred something up that is for sure - also got herbs that i mix with water a few times a day. gong back in a couple weeks for another treatment. fingers crossed, will help with the migraines and some other health things - being sluggish, etc.
going to cut out the carbs a bit. that is, after i make french toast this am! :)
i wonder if i should be more excited about buying a new place? we are looking at paint and kitchen stuff. i really want different floors starting with the downstairs. we looked at cork - as it is way durable and enviromentally pc. some beautiful patterns. also found some paints that are made without a ton of chemicals.
what i am really looking forward to is not driving over 10 hours a week. the whole commute thing is not fun.

there is a bird in the patio that has been hanging around for a week teasing heloise - she sits and stalks him, making strange noises. that bird better look out. she is really pissed.
