headache hangovers are the worst.
these things leave me fucked up for days - all depressed and feeling out of sync. have been doing yoga, meditating and breathing to keep me in my body. very moody, which sucks.
we went to see the new jim jarmusch film tonight - broken flowers. really wonderful and a good thing to do. ued my kcrw card and got a discount.

didnt eat all day, though and am starving. down a whole size ! hurrah! the size 8 is totally comfortable! exercise and eating right
the whole walking thing works too.
have been working too many hours, but i am grateful to have a job. simon has a ton of freelance - its a season of busy for us.

we are talking to a lender and have decided that if we are to live here for a couple more years while si finishes school we have to invest rather than pissing rent away every month. so we have a lender and an agent working on stuff for us. this make me have anxiety attacks. i have a rash and my ears itch from talking to these folks. and thinking about owing so much money. i really want a place of my own though. always have.
its the adult thing to do.

be glad when the migraine fog clears. havent had one in months and this one kicked me arse. poor simon.

Miss my kid terribly, but we are talking alot. he is really loving what he is doing which is worth more than money.
ging to read and eat now.

:( sorry about your head ache. I'm so excited for you to buy a house. It's always a struggle, but it is the best investment you can make! I use to be a realtor, and I really believe that. So much so that I want to buy another someday as an investment property.
Feel better:)

thanks so much. my husband has always owned a house(in England). we will see what we can afford, but it will be so much better for us even if we buy a tiny place.
i think i am coming to bats day now with one of my girlfriends. i have been obsessing about your handbags, plus the event looks like great fun.

sounds anorexic doesnt it????!!!! geez, well, i didnt think i was starving myself.......
its partially because i have been dieting and partially the new job working long hours and i refuse to eat junk and sometimes just dont eat. i hate vending maching stuff and have to be better about packing a lunch, etc.... thanks for pointing that out - ouch!!! :)

heh ... never thought I'd feel gratified about "ouch".

Geez though, if you're busy and stressed then it's super important that you eat good stuff ... and don't think I'm PC about food; booze, late hours, a toke here and there, sausage from street-vendors ... all balanced off by a steady intake of rice, pasta, mixed veggies ...

What came to mind when I read your "vending machine" thingie (with which I agree entirely, BTW) was uhhhhh what I consider "fun" food ... potatoe salad with olives; celery and carrot with cream cheese; sprouts with avacado ... complex stuff, yuh know? And then there's apple and cherries and melon ...

be well!
