the body is a strange organism - getting and staying healthy is a constant, ongoing process.
on a cellular level, we rejuvinate completely every 7 years....hmmmm.
gotta figure out the logistics for this week - where we need to be at what time, who we meet up with, work deadlines, money issues.
yesterday was so fucking nice. yoga, chilling with si, reading the NYtimes, napping, watching our 6 feet under, making out...
deliciously decadent. Now today is an entirely different matter. wish i had more energy. am pushing through the sleepiness - the drizzle has a bit to do with it, i am sure...
anyway - i do love this life and appreciate it fully.
si to paint for hester tomorrow and then we go to a dodger game - whoopee!
should be fun - an american pastime he knows naught about.
