oh god i am happy

this is the first night in a month when i have had the house to myself. i love our guests(they are camping in the desert tonight) and adore my husband(in class), but kee-rist, it is so nice to have the house to myself. got a log on the fire, a big glass of red wine, popcorn and a good book.

work is getting better every day.
we are broke, but at the new job, the HR lady screwed up my deductions, so they owe me a stack of cash, which will help so very much.
we are looking at houses this weekend again.
Blake is doing well, better than well, he is loving Nashville and the band.

i am one lucky lady and i know it.

No matter how much you love family and friends it is really nice to have time to yourself every now and then and be able to do exactly what you want. Sounds like things are good. Have fun.
