there is nothing like the green that emerges in a solid rain here. its combined with a fresh smell that cannot be bottled. lovely.
off to a baby shower for darling Renee. Simon will tool around in SB while we women do whatever one does at a baby shower. i haven't gone to one in years, so long that i dont remember what one does! other than just love Renee.
need to talk to blake to see what is up with the memorial service for his friend, how his voice is feeling and just to let him know his mother loves him one more time.
we are veritable handypeople! going to redo the bathroom this weekend! a new floor - clean, clean - get rid of that hideous yellow stained lino! hurrah!
