a season of work
Wednesday, 7 September 2005 21:14that is what its all about - 11 hour day yesterday, 10 today. so friggin busy. coordinating 7 shoots, 2 artists and tons of budgets. god i hope nothing falls through the cracks. working with folks half my age. i hope i can keep up.
i hate our governer. if he had any balls at all, he would not veto the gay marriage bill, he would pass it. he whines that the people need to decide, for fucks sake, look at our demographics in California! how does he think San Francisco would vote on this - hmmm, i wonder. He is a chicken shit afraid of his ratings, not concerned about the state. the legislature IS speaking for the people.
good to have Blake home. am leaving work early tomorrow so i can hang with him. he IS looking ok. he is bummed though and we need some talk time.
christ. fatigue is setting in. wish i had time to peruse my friends like i used to and check out all the cool goth sites and political stuff. someday, i will be a lady of leisure, but this is a season of work.
