scotcheggthe air is cool, almost cold. i had a massage of a lifetime yesterday at the school of massage here in town. 25 bucks and i would have paid quadruple that. i went after yoga, so that may have something to do with it. DEEP tissue massage. we did yard sales too. si is really into them and we have stacks of great books all around that we got for a quarter. really good stuff, too. not crap.
today is a hard yoga class, but damn it feels good to get into my body after the work week, which i dont want to talk or write about. we go to see simons art auctioned off later today. they are serving sangria, but im the designated driver. it will be either great fun or excruciatingly uncomfortable. good day with sus yesterday too. celebrated her b'day. we do live large on the weekends, but this is not enough. i am ging to live large every day.
i do love daniel lanois. we scored with music yesterday - roxy music, daniel lanois, tons of really good stuff. w
we need another holiday. i want to go back to england and then for a long weekend in new orleans.
