yesterday is a fog. had a migraine that was miserable. si painted the bathroom. it looks so cool. a coat or two of paint makes a world of difference. i ended up taking the nasty medicine that makes me a zombie, but i could not bear it.
hes sleeping right now - he worked really hard and come to find out, my husband is a perfectionist with household repairs and upgrades. looks like a pro job!
will go to yoga and hope i dont die excercising! then to the farmers market, then home to get ready for this shindig tonight.
this war is sickening beyond belief. i think a mass depression and shame has descended on all of us. we wake up to the scent of orange blossoms and jasmine, the Iraqis have gunpowder. we wait for the strikes to be reported in our morning, which is their night. our skies are blue and uninteruppted, theirs are smoke-filled and the silence is broken with missiles and explosions. that we cause.
one cannot escape it. cannot get away from this dread feeling of responsibility and helplessness.
