last fews days = big blah. getting ready for client meeting. started taking St. John Worts again and Black cohosh. i cannot sleep at night and our new super(from Lithuania) has about 10 people living in their apartment directly upstairs from us. they are either bathing or, as simon says rehearsing for the Bolshevik Ballet with elephants at all hours of the day. grr...grump. grump. no word from the headhunter back east. i am signing up for the anatomy class this afternoon.
just been way depressed, but i still have hope. i havent had such a problem with depression for years, but my dr. says it may well be premenopause, thus the black cohosh. fingers crossed.

A few months ago I started taking a soy / vitamin supplement that has black cohosh in it as well. I'd suggest that. The B vitamins will help with the stress. Take it at night if you're not already. Got rid of the night sweats too that I was suffering from pretty regularly.
